We aim to dispatch your purchased items as soon as possible and certainly within three to five working days. Delivery can take up to 10 working days, and slightly longer for international orders. It may not be possible to deliver to some locations.
Delivery will be made via myHermes for orders placed within the UK, this is using a 3 day tracked service and will require a signature on delivery. Delivery for international orders will be made via 2nd class Royal Mail airmail. Delivery will be charged and clearly stated at checkout. All items sent abroad will have a CN22 or CN23 attached that details the contents of the package as required by UK law to pass through customs.
All reasonable care will be taken to ensure your purchased items are dispatched in packaging appropriate to reduce the chances of damage during transit. When the items are dispatched they are out of our control and subject to the conditions of delivery. We do not accept any liability for loss, damage, or delays that occur as a result of the courier.
All items are subject to availability. We aim to have all items that show on the website as “in stock”, however if they are discovered to be out of stock we will contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order to inform you as to when we will receive the item in, or provide you with the option to substitute for an item of equivalent value or cancel the order.
Goods that are delivered over seas may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. Responsibility for the payment of any such import duties and taxes rest solely with the customer and must be paid by them.
From the moment the courier attempts to deliver the goods they are the full responsibility of the customer and must accept the goods when they are ready to be delivered.
We operate a stringent refund policy here at Deviant (UK) Ltd. Under distance selling regulations, we will honour a refund on purchased items if they are returned to us within the 14 day period that starts at the point of receipt of the item.
The item is faulty and is not fit for purpose because of the fault.
The item has to have been originally purchased from our website.
Items where the customer has ordered the wrong item(s) or size(s)
Items that have been worn and the original packaging and labels removed.
If the item was sold at a discount because it was blemished or tainted but still fit for sale.
Damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it.
We do not take responsibility for losses or damages caused during transit. Any returns should be returned to us taking reasonable care, and the costs met by the customer for postage.
If a refund is given for a purchased item that is returned we will refund this money onto the original credit/debit card used. If we are unable to refund onto the used credit/debit card then a cheque made payable to the card holder will be issued.
We cannot take responsibility for Deviant (UK) Ltd products that are purchased from a third party website. These products must be returned to them via their own returns system.
All returns are examined upon receipt against the reason given for their return. A decision will be made to refund, credit, or substitute the product returned. Deviant (UK) Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund if we see fit.
